So Far, So Food - Ep. México
A culinary program, presented by Chef Manuel André Fernandes, focusing on world cuisine. Throughout the episodes, we get to know the gastronomic experiences of this chef, acquired from the four corners of the world and applied in delicious and easy-to-prepare fusion dishes, using world ingredients that can be found in any local market. From multicolored ingredients to various aromas and flavors, it's the differences and similarities between peoples that make gastronomy rich, as well as the stories behind the dishes, in a multicultural content. It's world cuisine in a diary written by Chef Manuel André Fernandes.
In each episode, a country is portrayed, namely: Morocco, Israel, Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, Italy, and Norway.
