"Quem é Bárbara Virgínia?" is a documentary road movie by Luísa Sequeira, aiming to recover memories and explore the life and work of the filmmaker Bárbara Virgínia. This documentary is an emotional archaeology project that sheds light on the first Portuguese female director to make a feature film, the only one to direct a film during the dictatorship era, and one of the first women to compete at the first Cannes Film Festival.
