In "Fumaça e Fogo," Leonel Ribeiro welcomes a guest in each episode. As they chat in a relaxed atmosphere, he prepares a special dish for each one. Being a Brazilian chef, he wanted to bring the essence of fire to the kitchen and challenged himself to cook various dishes and desserts using only Smoke and Fire, whether through a pit smoker or a barbecue. In each episode, you can feel a blend of Portuguese-Brazilian and American barbecue in the ingredients, flavors, and processes, surprising viewers with unexpected dishes prepared on the grill.
